STEP 1:  Online Application Form

STEP 2:   22-23 K - 8 New Student Registration Packet 

Enrollment Criteria:  Please have the following information  with you on registration day.  Potential students must be  interviewed by the administration.   

• Age
• Kindergarten: Student must be 5 by October 1st of current school year
• Birth Certificate and Sacramental Certificates
• Health records: completed health records with verification of immunizations
• All forms should be completed and returned to the school.
